目前制备一氧化亚硅有三种方法。**种是利用碳和二氧化硅在高温下进行反应制备一氧化硅。第二种是用氢气与二氧化硅在高温环境下反应生成氧化亚硅。第三种是利用硅和二氧化硅在高温环境下反应生成一氧化硅。

我司在一氧化硅制备方向专业退出HF-RS系列升华炉。
