SL251型手动液压式压样机是为冶金、有色金属、化工、商检、地矿、建材等领域进行物质元素分析将粉末压成试片，给X荧光光谱分析仪提供试样的机器。它采用油压传动方式，由杠杆作用于小油缸，通过其底部油路加压至大油缸，使其产生几十倍于对小油缸下压力的压力。所以手动用力小。其油路采用集成系统。众所周知液压系统**的缺陷就是泄漏，而油路的集成侧减少了泄漏机会，从而提高了可靠性。

SL251 Manual Hydraulic Sample Compressing Machine is a type of sample compressing machine designed for making powder into sample test plate for substance and element analysis with X fluorescence spectrum analyzer in the field of metallurgy， non-ferrous metal， chemical industry， commodities inspection， geological mining， building material， etc. The pressure is initialized with a lever and was transmitted from a small oil cylinder to a big oil cylinder through the oil way at the bottom of the machine， and brings a pressure in the big cylinder scores of times bigger than that in the small cylinder. Not much manual force is needed. As everyone knows， the biggest limitation of hydraulic system is leaking oil. Integrated oil way greatly reduces the chance of leaking oil and hence improves reliability.
