板状刚玉生产流程：

1.原材料

使用60#澳洲铝粉，加入陶瓷球磨机研磨成380#的细粉

球磨机为瓷球磨，内置瓷球的直径是30.40.50毫米

2.制作生球

380#细粉加水后，进入成球筒制球

生球规格：直径2.4cm min

制球时间：3小时左右

3.生球烘干

烘干设备：天然气烘干塔

烘干时间：22小时

烘干标准：水分0.5% min

4.生球烧结

4.1烧结设备介绍

4.2烧结流程

4.2.1进料

通过提送装置，把烘干后的生球到竖窑窑顶

4.2.2预热

竖窑从上到下根据温度区间分为十节，从上到下10-1

窑顶为预热带-第十节为100度，然后自由落下

4.2.3高温烧结

第六节温度升温到1950度（温度）

第六节-第八节温度都特别高

4.2.4风冷

第五节以下风冷，烧结后的熟球出炉时温度为400度

5.制砂

5.1制砂准备

熟球提送进料仓，进行风冷处理，风冷到100度以下

5.2制砂

风冷后的熟球提送进巴马克制砂机，破碎，制砂，磁选（去除机械铁-设备脱落的铁屑），筛分，包装

5.3制粉

• Ø 小型球磨机做1mm直径以下的细粉

如：0.5-1mm  0-0.5mm 0.2-0.6mm 0-0.2mm等

• Ø 大的球磨机做200#-0  325#-0 400#-0的细粉
