系列圆振动筛

圆振动筛是固体物料分级的重要设备，广泛应用于矿山、建材、选煤、能源、化工等行业。形式基本分为座式和吊式两种。一般情况下以座式*为普遍，振源采用偏心块或偏心轴，两种振源混合使用也较为普遍。
圆振筛是利用激振器（偏心块或偏心轴）产生的激振力，使筛体沿激振力方向作做周期性往复振动，物料在筛面上园周跳动，通过不同的筛孔把不同规格的物料分级规整到所要求的筛面，汇集后输送到指定区域，以达到分级或脱介目的。通过调整偏心块的重量可以调整振幅。

性能特点：

采用偏心块作为激振源，激振力强。两块筛邦采用优质管材，使用高强度螺栓或特殊焊接工艺，坚固耐用。筛网层数可根据需要制作，从单层、二、三、四层，或多层。筛分效率高，处理量大，使用寿命长，电耗低，噪音小。采用两侧张紧工艺固定筛网，结构简单
