主要用于汽车散热器，空调蒸发器，冷凝器，雷达网络天线等铝合金制品的真空钎焊及热处理加工。

Applications: It is used for the vacuum brazing and heat treatment of auto radiator, evaporator of air conditioner, condenser, mesh antenna and other aluminum alloys.

We adopt precise control system in multi-zone, the temperature of work zone can be controlled accurately, the heating process can be controlled.

♦对流加热可选，升温速度快。

You can choose convection heating system for fast heating speed.

♦冷却系统，釆用变频调速，提高设备利用率，节约投资成本，可分为内循环冷却和外循环冷却。

The fast cool system consists of frequency control, you can control the cool speed. Double cooling system (external and internal) for fast cooling.

♦加热室框架釆用优质不锈钢，保温釆用多层耐热不锈钢，变形量小，放气量差。真空系统釆用大功率真空机组，抽速快，恢复真 空时间短。配冷阱捕集器，有效保护机组使用寿命。

All the frame is made of stainless steel, the heat preservation is obtained by several stainless plates. We utilize Molybdenum belt or Ni-Cr belt as heating material, it can work at 360° and achieve good temperature uniformity. High power of vacuum pump can provide high degassing speed, shorten the recovery time. The cold trap can protect the pump for a long service life.
