Main engine innovative optimization design, improve grinding efficiency, equipped with new heavy-duty reducer and integral fan, enhance equipment stability. Intelligent control system is introduced to support one-click start and stop and real-time particle size monitoring.
Selecting and grinding integrated technology: combined with grinding and classification process, the fineness and purity can be flexibly adjusted, the powder content of slag discharge can be controlled, and the influence of impurities can be reduced.
High ratio surface calcium hydroxide production line
Calcination and digestion process: rotary kiln/vertical calciner is equipped with intelligent temperature control system to optimize the crystal structure of calcium oxide . Patented water mist dust removal technology for digesters, reducing pipe bonding and heat recovery.
