EOT 22GHz (25GHz) InGaAs光电探测器内置PIN光电二极管,通过光伏效应将光功率转换成电流。当通过50欧姆电阻连接到示波器时,可以测量激光器的脉宽。当通过50欧姆电阻连接到光谱分析仪时,可以测量激光器的频率响应。EOT 22GHz InGaAs光电探测器采用内置偏压电源,锂电池寿命很长。通过一根同轴电缆连接光电探测器的BNC输入口,并通过50欧姆电阻连接示波器或光谱分析仪,就足以运行。
