此系统可以配置多种沉积方式(预留各种功能接口)，高度灵活，非常适合多种沉积模式的科研.

高真空条件沉积模式（使用机械泵+分子泵，或冷凝泵）。多种组合沉积模式，同一腔体实现多种功能沉积方式，沉积源模式有:

磁控溅射源Sputter source

电子束蒸发E-beam Sources

K-cell蒸发

热蒸发Thermal sources

氧化物源Oxide sources

此系统高度灵活，软件操作方便，专业为研究机构沉积超纯度薄膜，真正的高真空沉积系统。

The System is designed to be a highly flexible system for thin-film research in ultra pure conditions. The system can be configured to be true-UHV and allows for multiple deposition component options.

上海光源同步实验部配置的是磁控溅射（直流和射频均有）和电子束蒸发的组合功能，膜厚均匀性(镀膜500纳米左右厚度)均达到<3%，这种组合系统极大地扩展了沉积功能，性能价格比超高，是研究人员的有力工具！！
