The Model LBC-1 Laser Induced Current Measurement System can perform mapping measurement of the photocurrent of the photoelectric converting element for the solar cells and etc. by irradiating the laser beam on the solar cell and moving it with the X-Y stage.
As standard, 532nm of the green laser is provided with the system. The oscillator output is as high as 10mW which enables to make the current measurement with good S/N ratio.
Adjustment of the measurement position can be done easily through the sample observation monitor function.
